My Story
My journey began with personal experiences of navigating depression and anxiety. Suffering from panic attacks due to social anxiety and negative thoughts through online bullying and low-self esteem, I found that taking my dog for a walk in the local woodland or riding my horse through the Buckinghamshire countryside enabled me to find a sense of 'calm' from my mental struggles.
Spending time in nature helped me find solace, and putting a brush to canvas or a pencil to paper enabled me to speak my thoughts without words.
My love for nature is more than just an aesthetic; it's a source of healing and well-being. Spending time outdoors has been instrumental in managing my mental health struggles. This has secured my commitment to creating nature-inspired products that not only delight the eye but also bring a sense of calm into everyday life.
It is important to me to be able to do my part in protecting that which has inevitably saved me. This is why I have sourced products that are eco-friendly. I am dedicated to making people smile, but also to make decisions based on the well-being of the planet.
"When words are not enough, we turn to images and symbols to tell our stories. And in telling our stories through art, we find pathways to wellness, recovery and transformation."
